What are your exercise goals?

My goals are to gain muscle mass and stay lean. Exercise is my life style and I hope it will help me to live a long active and healthy life.

How did you get into fitness?

I've always been into fitness. I've been a dancer all my life and have danced on professional dance teams. I just recently became more involved in competitive fitness which has always been a goal of mine as well.

Why do you train & keep motivated?:

I train and keep motivated because I love the results! I like the way a tone fit body look but more importantly I love the way being fit and healthy FEELS! My kids are my number one motivation.
