What are your exercise goals?

My exercise goals are to simply be better and stronger. I don't have a finish line, it's just part of my lifestyle

How did you get into fitness?

I got Into fitness 6 years ago. I was going through a rough patch and didn't really have any sense of direction. Looked at myself and knew I needed a change, something positive. Walked in the gym and stuck to it ever since. Never looked back.

Why do you train & keep motivated?:

I train because I love it. Every time someone tells me I motivate them, that motivates me even more. Knowing people look up to me and put me as an example, is a great feeling.
