What are your exercise goals?

My body is my canvas and its a constant work in progress. My goal is to be more proportionate and build more muscle mass while also maintaining a moderate/low body fat percentage. And eventually, I'd love to walk across the Olympia stage.

How did you get into fitness?

I started off with a lot of cardio and wanting to add a little tone to myself. Then I went to a bodybuilding competition and from there, I was hooked. I picked up some weights and fell in love with the sport ever since.

Why do you train & keep motivated?:

I strive to be the best version of myself in every aspect. With fitness, the process comes a lot easier because it's what I'm passionate about. The gym is my therapy and I develop into a better version of myself with it too so it's a win win situation.
