Gingerbread Cookie Protein Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup ASD Performance Vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Butter extract (or vanilla extract)
  • 1/2-1 cup Water
  • 5-10 Ice Cubes
  • 2-4 Stevia packets


Optional: 1 tbs low sugar maple syrup or maple extract, 1/2 tsp butter extract

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put everything into a blender and blend until creamy consistency is reached! Top with light whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon if desired, and Enjoy!
